YUNO PLASTIC SURGERY

In June 2025, I visited Yuno Clinic. Drawn in by the beautiful photos on Instagram and the countless positive reviews online, I saved up money and went to Korea. I was full of expectations that I'd get high-quality surgery in Korea, but I was wrong. In May 2025, I booked a consultation. Before my visit, everything was explained clearly and the staff were kind. But when I arrived at the hospital in June, the information about the surgery had completely changed. The details of the surgical procedure were different. Even though I'd sent photos in advance, they told me the ear cartilage would need to be removed and the bone shaved, and that severe auricle deformity couldn't be fully corrected. I was very scared, but the hospital reassured me that I'd be getting surgery from a senior doctor whose surgery cost more and whose quality was higher. The next morning, I had the surgery. The anesthesia was awful. Even after waking up from anesthesia 10 hours later, I could barely regain consciousness. The hospital staff rushed me to leave quickly, saying it was almost closing time, even though I was still half-unconscious. They even told me I was “unusual” and that this had never happened before. When I saw myself in the mirror, I was horrified. My nose was too long and narrow, the alar wings were cut messily, and the sutures were rough. Even the walk back to the hotel was difficult, and I felt terrible. The next day I went in for a dressing change and asked why the sutures were in the wrong position instead of along the natural crease, and they rudely said, “It was always going to turn out this way. It'll be fine with time.” I tried to calm myself down and believe it would get better. Time passed but nothing changed. I completely lost the ability to breathe properly, and it's already been 5 months. Terrible headaches started, and my nose became horribly deformed. On top of being cut and stretched, the crooked nose was never corrected. I consulted several surgeons back home, and they all said the same thing: my nasal valve function was damaged, the bridge was excessively reduced, and my nose had become too narrow. Now I have to undergo a difficult reconstruction surgery elsewhere. I will never go back to this hospital. If the director operates like this, I can't even imagine what the other doctors are like. Trusting this hospital was my mistake. I have no idea where all these good reviews are coming from. Think a hundred times before you go. They don't even know how to perform surgery properly. I lost not only money but my health too. I am the real victim of this hospital.

She was so kind, always stayed by my side throughout the whole surgical process, and answered right away whenever I had a question or worry. Thanks to her, everything felt so much smoother. Director Kim Shin-young performed my rhinoplasty, and it was such a relief that I could communicate in English. Thanks to the director, I could stay confident and reassured through the whole process. If I ever have plastic surgery again, I'll definitely come back to Yuno Plastic Surgery. My sincere thanks to all the medical staff at Yuno Plastic Surgery for helping me have such a great experience.

Dr. Kim Shinyoung performed my rhinoplasty, and I was very relieved to communicate in English. Thanks to the doctor, I felt confident and reassured throughout the process. If I ever do plastic surgery again, I will definitely return to Yuno Plastic Surgery. I sincerely thank all the medical staff who helped make this such a positive experience.

Overall, it was a good experience. Director Yoon was really kind and worked hard to achieve the double eyelid correction result I wanted. Dr. Kozal, who handled the translation, was also very friendly and provided a lot of help from start to finish. The hospital is near Sinnonhyeon Station, so it was convenient to get there. Every time I inquired via WhatsApp, they responded very quickly.

Recently, I received multiple plastic surgeries at Yuno Plastic Surgery. I had zygomatic reduction, rhinoplasty, facial liposuction, and a jaw lift. Now, I no longer have a double chin, my face looks smaller, and my nose shape is perfect. All the doctors and specialists here are excellent, and all surgeries were performed at the highest level…

I got double eyelid surgery at this hospital, and it was a truly amazing experience. The atmosphere of the hospital was good and professional, and the waiting times were always short or nonexistent. The doctor was not forceful and only recommended what was necessary. It’s a hospital friendly to foreigners, so I highly recommend it. Moreover, all the procedures were enjoyable~

I had breast augmentation here in 2020, eyelid surgery earlier this year, and today I am getting fat grafting on my face. I am satisfied with the services I received so far, so I came back for another procedure.

I had rhinoplasty here over ten days ago. Fortunately, the surgeon here is very skilled, and the translator was kind and very helpful. It’s only been a few days since the surgery, but my nose already looks pretty.

I got forehead filler, jaw filler, salivary gland botox, and glabella botox, and they molded everything so meticulously, and all the nurses were kind too. I was worried since it was my first time with forehead filler, but I'm super, super satisfied
