Warning to foreign patients! ⚠️ I am currently using the 12-session package, but the quality of the procedures has seriously declined. The first 3 sessions and the last few are done carefully, but the middle sessions seem to be performed by medical staff lacking experience and responsibility. They just do the procedure roughly and disappear. As a patient, I can clearly feel the decline in quality during the middle sessions. I requested a one-week extension after the contract expired, but it was completely denied without any flexibility. In the end, I gave up on the last session. Honestly, I don't regret leaving because there are many other places like Uni-and-I that guarantee quality nearby. If I had spent hundreds of thousands of won on an expensive package here, I would have really regretted it. Especially for foreign patients with limited information, please make sure to check before payment. Carefully review the extension policy and the procedure quality control! It was truly the worst :) Honestly, if you're going to do the work, you shouldn't do it at all. They clearly showed they didn't want to do an additional procedure, right? I was so grateful they extended it for a week, because I was planning to finish this procedure quickly and spend thousands of dollars on the next one. I even marked it on my calendar! I lost a big customer over something trivial. Next! 🙄👋 -BOFF

Both the staff and the doctor were very friendly. Communication through an interpreter was clear and easy to understand. Prices were transparently disclosed, and a 3D skin analysis was performed before the procedure. Overall, I was satisfied with the professional service and experience. One thing to note is that tax refunds are not available. However, the clinic operates a membership program where charging 3 million won earns an additional 500,000 won in points. Unused balance remains in the account and can be used on the next visit, so it doesn’t expire or go to waste. This is a good option for repeat patients.

Really... I make an appointment and come, but I have to wait an hourㅋㅋ I don’t know why I bother making an appointment if this is going to happen. If I expect to wait more than 30 minutes when booking, they should inform me of a different time slot... or at least notify me in advance that I might have to wait... They just accept a lot of people and tell you to wait as you please.
