I had a truly satisfying experience at Seoul UMI Clinic, and I highly recommend it. Before choosing UMI, I visited and compared a few other clinics, but I didn't get a comfortable, trustworthy feeling from them. UMI was completely different. They clearly explained the pricing from the very start, so everything felt transparent and trustworthy. What I especially loved was that there was a Turkish-speaking staff member who explained the entire process in detail in my native language. Thanks to that, I could stay at ease and confident throughout the procedure. The clinic was also very clean and professional. During the procedure, they showed me directly, right in front of me, opening a new sterilized device tip, and this kind of careful attention made me feel even more reassured. My trust in their hygiene standards grew even more. I have rosacea, so I was a little worried, but the doctor personally examined my skin before the procedure and explained every step meticulously. The doctor also performed the procedure himself, which let me get it done even more at ease and comfortably. All the clinic staff greeted me kindly and warmly, and the price was reasonable compared to the treatment cost and quality of service. Overall it was a very satisfying experience, and I'd be willing to visit again. Thank you, UMI Clinic!

I had Aqua Peel and LDM treatments here, but unfortunately it wasn't a satisfying experience. The biggest problem was that they didn't properly cleanse my skin before the Aqua Peel procedure. They started the procedure right away while my skincare products and makeup were still on my face, which was very unprofessional and, frankly, something you rarely see in a facial procedure. There was also no adequate consultation or questions about my skin condition before the procedure. The clinic itself was fine, but the service and procedure process felt too rushed and not meticulous. Basic steps like cleansing, checking skin condition, and explaining the procedure process should absolutely be included in a treatment like this.

I highly recommend this place. The staff were kind and the treatment was excellent. In particular, the doctor in charge was the best — fluent in English and with a great sense of humor, making the whole treatment a special experience. I'll definitely come back for pigmentation treatment and wart removal. Thank you for the great treatment.

I had a truly excellent experience at UMI Clinic. The staff treated me so comfortably, and they all had knowledge and expertise. There was no excessive sales pressure, and it had a cozy atmosphere, almost like a small boutique clinic. I'll definitely visit again.

From the consultation to the procedure, everything was carried out very courteously. With AI photo scanning, they showed me things like the deeper spots in an easy-to-understand 3D image. Next time I come to Korea, I'd like to come and try various procedures again.
