I've been coming here for a long time, but the back of my head feels very numb now.. I added one more procedure, so I might leave work late, and I overheard staff gossiping about patients in the hallway, which made me lose trust.. After everything was done, I looked at the clock and it wasn’t even 3 o'clock. Even if I had stayed longer, I wish the front desk had told me if I couldn’t make it in advance. As a timid person, I feel sorry to the doctor and the person who handled my hair removal so far, so I’m only leaving two more treatments I was going to do, and I’m done. Thank you for your hard work.

I went after reading reviews, but somehow the consultation was unsatisfactory, and I felt uneasy... They said they didn’t know why my skin had issues... I wondered if the dermatologist was the right doctor... It was a waste of time and money to go all that way.

I went to get a mole removal, but it wasn't a mole. Instead, they used laser on a pimple near the area that I had already extracted a few days ago. The cost was 10,000 won at other clinics, but here they charged 20,000 won. I have no intention of revisiting.

Friendly and meticulous. It's close to my house, so I go for acne breakouts or occasional filler and Botox treatments. It's the place I visit whenever I need something. Prices are reasonable, and the facilities are clean, so I like going thereㅎㅎ

There's no explanation at all, and even if you arrive early you're made to wait forever. It seems like the director is alone, putting patients into exam rooms one by one and going around, and it feels careless.
