UCANB Plastic Surgery

In 3 days it'll be a month since I had several procedures at this hospital. Here's my impression so far (though it might of course change over the coming months, and I hope it does). The first procedure was double eyelid surgery (outer corner only). I'm mostly satisfied with the result. Overall recovery went smoothly, but a small bump remains at the suture site of my right eye. I think it will settle down over time though. The second procedure was under-eye fat redistribution, and honestly, so far it's been a big disappointment. I'm seeing no effect at all. My dark circles seem to be genetic, so I'd originally wanted filler treatment (e.g. Juvéderm). But I was told surgery would be more effective. Thinking about it now, I suspect they just wanted me to spend more money. If your dark circle problem is only about color, I don't recommend this procedure. Lastly, I had lip filler, which was my second disappointment. The result was horrible. The filler is lumpy in places, the lip shape is odd, and it looks very unnatural. In the end I had to go to another clinic to have the filler dissolved. And again, even though my lips are naturally on the fuller side, they tried to inject 2cc. I had to strongly insist that 1cc was enough. Again it felt like they were trying to get me to spend more money. In conclusion, based on my experience, I don't recommend this hospital if you're a foreigner. I was treated differently, the welcoming atmosphere wasn't consistent, and there was no one who spoke English, so I couldn't receive care comfortably. Visiting other hospitals afterward, I felt the level of service was completely different. :(

It's been 4 days since the procedure, and I'm now recovered enough to be able to write this post. I think the hospital's consultant and interpreter were really unprofessional in that they exaggerated the procedure and didn't properly inform me about the recovery period and risks. They told me the procedure wouldn't hurt at all, that I wouldn't feel anything, that I wouldn't even remember it, and that there would be no recovery period whatsoever. They said I could go shopping, eat, and go to work right after the procedure with no problems or discomfort at all. So I agreed to the procedure, but in reality it was completely different from what they said. The procedure was done while I was awake, and even that only after being restrained. In the operating room, the interpreter told me it would hurt and kept saying “just bear with it a little” in Chinese. It was a truly awful experience… After the procedure, the doctor (through the interpreter) said my vision could be blurry for a week, I shouldn't lie down or bend my head, the stitches in my eyes could rupture, and I shouldn't let water touch them. This was completely different from what I'd been told beforehand, and since I couldn't properly open my eyes or see, I had to stay in a hotel for several days. Friends asked me if I'd write the same review even if the results turned out good, and I think I would, because I believe the translator/consultant should be more honest.

I wanted to perform facial (excluding forehead) lifting, so I had phone consultations and night consultations with Park Dong-man~ at 5 different places, then I had the lifting, fat grafting, and eyebrow lifting here. Whether it looks pretty or not is a matter for a few months later, but I believe the doctor is the best with decades of experience, considering the surgical techniques and the patient's health. It's only been a week since the surgery, so the swelling is gradually going down, but I have no particular side effects like numbness or one side of my face lifting up at all. Therefore, I strongly recommend the surgery. Oh, and I think the cost of the surgery is reasonable, not too cheap nor too expensive. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score is because the consultation staff's attitude was lacking, and I gave a middle score for that. I think the director is a healthy medical professional who doesn't have excessive greed.

While visiting the US, I made time to go to UCanBi Plastic Surgery Clinic. The general manager kindly explained everything, then I met Director Song Yuseong and received the procedure today. The staff were very friendly and helpful, so I was pleased. Highly recommend.

The experience was so terrible I don't even want to rate it. I arrived an hour early and was told they were out of filler for tear troughs, so I wanted to switch to Korean Zero. I deliberately paid for a flight, so it must seem strange. Would they really call me back twice for this kind of thing…

It’s been 21 years since my double eyelid surgery, and it has naturally loosened. Thinking it would be good to do it now, I came to Kim Juno Plastic Surgery, which is famous. It turned out naturally well, and I feel good about it!!! I recommend double eyelid revision surgery.

I have always been self-conscious about the thick fat under my eyes, but after seeing very positive reviews of UCanBi Plastic Surgery Clinic, I decided to visit. I received consultation from the director and the staff, and then proceeded with the surgery.

My eye sockets were sunken, making my cheekbones look prominent, but Ucan B Clinic solved it for me. I am very satisfied!

I'm overseas, but I was very reassured by the consultation about under-eye concerns, so I went ahead with the procedure. I recommend it.
