One Cell & CDU Plastic Surgery

This is a place I absolutely do not want to recommend for cosmetic procedures, aside from the competent OB-GYN and varicose vein internal medicine departments at 'Oakwood Bom Clinic' in Samseong-dong. There's no trust to be had starting from the consultation content given by the manager in charge. When the consultation content and the actual result differed and I wanted an explanation, this is a place that snapped back by pointing a finger at me and telling me to go argue directly with the doctor. After the consultation, on the day of the appointment I sent my child alone, and it turned out the doctor in charge had been switched and performed the procedure — I only found out later that the plastic surgery specialist I'd originally been seeing had resigned without any notice. Without conveying any of the child's situation or the careful details discussed during all the prior consultations, they went ahead and performed an unreasonably expensive procedure, and when the result wasn't good and I wanted an explanation, the consultation manager screamed and shouted, calling it an 'emotional reaction.' Based on my experience with treatment in other departments at Oakwood Hospital up to that point.. I trusted them and entrusted them with the skin procedure.. but all that trust collapsed, and I very strongly felt like the patient was being treated exactly like the 'subordinate' side of a power imbalance, the way it happens at university hospitals, and dealt with carelessly. It's certainly a hospital run by high-level doctors from places like university hospitals.. but if any medical problem occurs here... it seems you should absolutely give up any hope of an explanation, apology, or account of what happened. In any case, if I'm reviewing based on my personal experience, I want to emphasize that anyone considering skin procedures... treatment, or plastic surgery without checking Oakwood Clinic's expertise and experience (be sure to check the treating doctor's expertise and career history) should think very carefully. I tried to raise my other complaints to the consultation manager and get an explanation, but ended up with a wound to my heart that can never be washed away. Not only that... in another procedure too, a procedure scar on the cheekbone area that anyone could clearly see — one that I was told would disappear over time — remained exactly as it was. They called it 'nothing of a scar' and turned the tables on me... this is the first time in my life I've been picked a fight with inside a hospital. The problem is that the doctor who could resolve it has already left the hospital, so there's no way to discuss it and work it out either. I tried to clearly explain my position as a patient in order to accurately explain the situation and maintain the relationship, but I just got a torrent of abuse thrown at me that completely missed the point, like a non-sequitur. I'm even suspicious about whether they deliberately keep someone like this as their manager.. I doubt their intentions. With the words 'We treated you well and did our best, so why are you making an issue of it now?....' I ended up being turned into the difficult, troublemaking patient. No matter how many times I reconsider it... it's really upsetting.

With CDU Cheongdam-Yu Plastic Surgery having joined the existing internal medicine, surgery, etc. departments, it's a hospital that attracts even more visitors. A hospital with a spacious, clean interior and kind medical staff and employees who greet you warmly. Accessible within 10 minutes on foot by passing through COEX Mall from Exit 7 of Bongeunsa Station on Subway Line 9. Enter the Oakwood Premier parking lot, take the elevator to basement level 1, and the hospital entrance is right there as soon as you exit.

The consultation was very thorough and informative. The practitioner spent plenty of time to precisely understand what I wanted, and generously gave professional advice on the procedure method best suited to my face shape. I felt at ease knowing I was getting the procedure from someone experienced and skilled.…

With all the price bubble stripped away and a solid program lineup, this is a filial-son hospital that looks out for my wallet ㅋㅋㅋㅋ At this quality of facility for this price range, I don't feel bad about the money at all, and I'm spreading the word to friends and acquaintances that they absolutely have to go here.

They examined me thoroughly and checked once more after treatment too, which is great. I asked all kinds of questions, and they explained things so I could understand, which helped a lot ㅎㅎ I think this is the only place I'll come to for gynecology care! Thank you~

The director's sense is really delicate. As soon as he looked at the area I was worried about, he consulted with me meticulously, only in directions that would make me naturally prettier, so I trusted him completely.

The doctor is kind, and the nurses are also kind^^ The hospital system is also well organized systematically, so the visit was comfortable.

Since my job involves standing for long periods, I visited because of varicose veins in my legs, and they treated me well so it improved a lot ㅜㅜ The best.

I've been consistently getting manual therapy here, and my back pain has decreased and they treat me meticulously and well, so I'm satisfied.

They gave good women's health care, and I liked that I could get treatment and checkups across various categories. ^^

Don't go to the dermatology department. The consultation manager is unkind and acts recklessly/rudely.
