I had such a great experience at Ocean Clinic (오션클리닉). From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made me feel incredibly welcome—she was warm, kind, and genuinely attentive, which set the tone right away. The entire staff was highly professional and organized, and you can tell they really care about their patients. My consultant, T, was especially impressive—clear, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. T took the time to explain everything in detail without ever making me feel rushed, which made a big difference in feeling comfortable and confident. One thing I especially appreciated was how smooth everything was for English speakers. Communication was easy and seamless, which can be hard to find at some clinics. Overall, the experience felt both high-quality and personal. I’d definitely recommend Ocean Clinic to anyone looking for professional care with a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

In the past, I had no issues and was satisfied with my experience, but during my second visit, the doctor in charge had changed, and the procedure was extremely poor. This was my first time receiving platelet-rich plasma/exosome treatment on my face. The machine was designed to push the needle in and adjust the depth, but the doctor pushed the end of the machine directly into my face, causing the needle to go in too deep. The treatment was so deep that it left red marks all over my face, and the pain was much worse. The Onda procedure itself was okay, but the machine did not touch the left side of my abdomen, yet the doctor ignored it. At first, they suggested lying on my side for the procedure, but after that, they said nothing and just moved on.

Recently visited Ocean Clinic and received Rejuran treatment, and it was a really satisfying experience. The clinic interior was beautiful and clean, and I felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as I entered. The staff were very friendly and warm throughout my visit. There were staff members who could communicate in English, so everything went much more smoothly. The Rejuran procedure itself is known to be somewhat painful, but compared to other clinics I’ve been to, the pain here was much less. I could definitely feel the professionalism and experience of the person performing the treatment. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and experience at Ocean Clinic. I will definitely come back again.

I received treatment for acne at this clinic and was really satisfied! The staff were very friendly, answered all my questions multiple times, and explained and demonstrated every step in detail if needed. They also helped me choose the right treatment for me. Highly recommended! The doctors' touch was gentle and comfortable, and they carefully performed all procedures, asking if I felt pain or discomfort throughout.
