Giving them a star is really such a waste. I only got to see the doctor's face at the initial interview before the double eyelid surgery, and even when it came time to remove the stitches, it was someone sitting at the front desk who did it. An eyebrow poked into my eyeball, and when I brought it up before the double eyelid surgery, here's what the doctor said — Before surgery: he said it would get better once the double eyelid surgery was done. After surgery: "just pluck the eyebrow hair." He said the swelling would improve in about 6 months. The doctor's words — Right after the surgery ended: "you got the double eyelid surgery, so once the stitches come out and 6 months pass, the front view will be fine." 1 year later: "it's because there's a lot of fat in your eyelids and it's thick.. can't be helped." During the consultation, about my drooping outer eye corners: "it'll be fine once you get eye-shape correction along with the double eyelid surgery." Right after the surgery ended: "you got the double eyelid surgery, so once the stitches come out and the swelling goes down, your eye shape will be fine too.." 1 year later: "the outer-corner droop is because of skin sagging, can't be helped. To correct it you'd need a facelift." At Yonsei Plus Plastic Surgery, the before and after of double eyelid surgery are completely different places. In my case, I got the full double eyelid procedure (front and back incisions included, eye-shape correction), but since what they say before the consultation and after the surgery are completely different at this place, I would not choose them again. Other people may have been fine, but since there are cases like mine too, please keep this in mind if you're considering choosing Yonsei Plus Plastic Surgery.

[Breast (implants)] • Pre-procedure concerns Since I have small breasts, I'd vaguely had the idea of surgery in the back of my mind since I was young, and I decided I should do it before more time passed, so I went around getting consultations. • Consultation experience The reviews from people who'd actually had the surgery seemed positive, and the director appeared to have a long career and a reputation for being painless. • Procedure result The director also emphasized during the consultation that it wouldn't hurt, and since it's a major surgery there's no way for there to be zero pain at all, but compared to other hospitals' reviews, I think this level could be called painless. Aftercare isn't the closely-attached-care style — it's mainly focused on necessary checkups and progress checks. It was a bit unsettling at first, but I'm recovering without any particular problems. • Additional thoughts I got consultations at about 4 places, and I got surgery from Director Yoon Won-jun at Migo, who I trusted the most. He made the atmosphere comfortable during the consultation so I could ask what I was curious about without any pressure, and I felt confident about the surgery, which led to my final decision. Once I hit the one-month mark, the major pain had mostly disappeared and daily life is completely possible now. The upper fullness has also come down quite a bit, and the shape is gradually becoming more natural. The texture is still on the firmer side and I still occasionally feel a tingling sensation, but overall it keeps getting better!

[Nose tip (implant)|Nose osteotomy|Low-nose correction|Nose (ear cartilage)] • Pre-procedure concerns: my low, wide nose was a concern for me. • Consultation experience: the before/after photos matched my style, and my aesthetic sense matched with the doctor's. • Procedure result: this is a hospital I strongly recommend to acquaintances. It looks so naturally like my own nose, yet it's definitely gotten prettier. • Additional thoughts: if you want a naturally pretty nose, come here, seriously highly recommend.

The person below is right. I visited at 10 in the morning and asked, "do you also give anti-inflammatory injections here?" and the staff member with the bob haircut who was near the door just stared at me blankly the moment she saw me, like she had no intention of dealing with a customer at all. Only the staff member on the right at least responded, but all I heard from her was "dermatology is at the end on the right," and then I left. There are dermatology and plastic surgery clinics everywhere — isn't basic customer service the bare minimum?

[Breast revision surgery] • Pre-procedure concerns: I got surgery because I was dissatisfied with implant rippling, asymmetry, and texture from my previous surgery. • Consultation experience: It matched what I'd seen on Gangnam Unni, which was great. • Procedure result: With such a meticulous procedure, there was little pain and I could return to daily life right away. • Additional thoughts: The aftercare is so good, which I love.

The managers were frustrating. After the CT scan, they didn't give me any guidance so I just stood there for a long while. They only told me why the director's consultation was delayed 40 minutes after my originally scheduled consultation time, and the consultation started 20 minutes after that. The facility also felt somehow dark, and the director I'd waited a whole hour for finished the consultation in under 10 minutes. I went in with expectations, and I was hugely disappointed.

I got my nose done here on a friend's recommendation, and the tip is holding up well and the line came out nicely, so I'm satisfied. The manager was fairly kind too, and above all the director is a bit aloof, but he's meticulous and professional, which I liked.

Dark circle fat repositioning surgery — general reviews say it's the surgery with the highest satisfaction, but it wasn't very effective for me, which is disappointing.
