This is the worst. I was really scammed at an almost fraudulent level. They said ingrown toenail treatment would cost 200,000 won, so I paid 200,000 won and got the treatment. It was a method where they insert a metal device into the nail to treat it. At the time I asked, "Once I get this treatment, there won't be any additional costs, right?" and they clearly said that was correct. Two weeks later they told me to come in to check whether the treatment was going well, so I went after 2 weeks, and they said it wasn't fully healed yet and demanded an additional 200,000 won for further treatment. So they lied about there being no additional treatment costs. Investing 400,000 won to treat just one ingrown toenail (not even both sides...) seemed insane, so I said I'd just give up on treatment. When I said that, the doctor told me to come back in a week to remove the device from my nail. He talked for 30 seconds and charged me the full consultation fee. Well, I let that slide. So I went back about a week later. And I asked there, "How much does it cost to remove the metal device from my nail? If it's expensive I'll just get it removed somewhere else." I said this, and the nurse at the front desk clearly said "It's free." So I thought, well, I can at least pay the consultation fee, and had it removed. Then after removing the device, when I tried to pay, they charged me for the device removal cost. I really wanted to say something, but I was so stressed out because of this hospital that I just paid and left. I remember the removal fee was about 50,000 won. This is truly a hospital that swindles patients. Even if I let the high prices slide, this is a fraudster hospital that lies to patients consistently from start to finish.

The doctor's treatment was satisfying, but because of how the front desk staff responded, I have no intention of visiting again. I visited twice for treatment of dermatitis, and during my second visit I tried to schedule my next appointment. However, the date I wanted was fully booked, so the front desk staff told me, "A reservation is difficult, but you can still be seen even without a reservation." But when I actually visited on that date, they said treatment was difficult because I came without a reservation, and the attitude of the response was also very unpleasant. If I had been told from the start that treatment without a reservation wasn't possible, I would have adjusted my booking to another date. I think accurate guidance and response is needed, considering that patients also take the time to visit the hospital.

A few days ago I went and got treated, and the doctor was reasonably kind, but the person sitting at the counter has no basic manners. Greetings seem to be nonexistent in that person's life, and their tone with no explanation is a problem. On top of that, the pharmacy on the same floor, the 4th floor, is also rude. It's amazing that a hospital with this kind of service and pharmacy exists in Gangnam, where competition is fierce. Anyone who thinks "I'm a rude person who doesn't know how to treat service properly, so I'm a patient who deserves this" should definitely go get treated there.

I've been a patient at this hospital since 2010, and I want to say the doctor's skill is truly excellent! Among the skin treatments I get every year are the latest laser treatments, melasma and freckle removal, and milia removal. You can tell the treatments are effective from the fact that most of the regular patients are Seoul locals, not foreigners. My mom and sister are also regular patients at this hospital!

Yeah, I don't recommend it. The staff being unfriendly is just a given, and I made a reservation and came, but I've been waiting for an hour now. I don't know who manages reservations here, but are they bad at their job? Right now there are already 3 people who either rebooked and left or just gave up and left. Who are the people who gave this place 5 stars?

I had a lot of worries about adult acne, but all my worries have been blown away. Other hospitals didn't work well for me, but here it was resolved cleanly. I liked that they even thoroughly gave me warnings to be careful about preventing recurrence.

I'd been worried about redness, but after getting laser treatment my skin became much brighter! It wasn't very painful, and I could go back to daily life right away, so it wasn't burdensome! I visited for the first time after seeing it on YouTube, and I was so, so satisfied~~ I think I'll settle on this place.

I suffered from acne all summer before visiting, and it's definitely gotten much better~~ There are almost no specialist dermatology clinics around here, so I had a hard time finding one, but it was worth the legwork.

Since I was in Korea anyway, I looked for a nearby dermatology clinic good at Botox, and I went on an acquaintance's recommendation, and maybe because a specialist examined me, it felt trustworthy😄I recommend it!…

This is a dermatology clinic I've been going to for a long time. The director is kind and also skilled, so I keep going.

I visited because it's near my company and I was so satisfied. I'm going to settle on this as my go-to dermatology clinic near work.
