I got a plastic surgery procedure today, so I'm leaving a review 😊 At first I had a consultation with the consultation manager, who explained things really kindly. She listened carefully to what I was curious about and what I was worried about, and explained the procedure process and precautions in detail too, which put my mind at ease. Next I had the consultation with the director, who examined me really thoroughly. Looking at the overall balance of my face, he naturally guided the direction to match the feeling I wanted, and explained everything honestly without pushing too hard, which built trust. What I liked especially was that before the procedure, they showed me the products they'd use right in front of me and even had me verify they were genuine, and I got the authenticity certificates too!! They let me check the boxes and products fully and explained everything, which made me feel like I could truly trust the procedure. During the procedure the staff kept checking my condition and treated me comfortably too, which really eased my nerves. From the pre-procedure preparation to the post-procedure guidance, they took care of everything attentively, and they explained the precautions thoroughly as well, so I felt like the overall care was really well done. Overall, my impression was of a hospital that manages everything carefully, from the consultation to the procedure and the before/after care. I plan to keep coming for maintenance, and I think I'll come here for other procedures too 😊

I got Ultherapy, Thermage, skin booster and more done, treating it like a year-end gift to myself for all the hard work The director, the manager, and every staff member working there explained things attentively and thoroughly and took care of me, so I really went through the procedure with peace of mind and trust ♡ Even now when I wash my face, I feel like my skin already feels firmer and more elastic~ I'll go get Rejuran and Juvelook session 2 in a month~~♡♡♡

I highly recommend the esthetic skin-care therapist, Teacher Seonbi 𖤐𖤐 I got treated once before and it was so good that I came back again. Since the hospital's name has "plastic surgery" in it, it might feel a bit intimidating to come just for skin care, but there's really no need to worry. She does a completely thorough, omakase-style customized treatment based on my skin condition that day❣️ Whenever I go into work the day after getting treated by Teacher Seonbi, my skin glows so much that people at work notice right away haha…

As a foreigner who has visited several hospitals in Seoul, this experience was by far the best. Most of the staff spoke English well and were very professional. Director Seo was truly excellent and never used the attitude or tactics of a "salesperson." He didn't recommend unnecessary procedures and honestly advised me on what I needed and what I didn't. Highly recommend!

I also got the Aqua Peel at LDM, and the caregiver was so kind and did a great job, which I liked. The front desk staff were kind too. They checked which areas needed more care and did those extra thoroughly, and gave a lot of advice too, which helped a lot! My girlfriend was surprised at how much better it got I liked it a lot, and it's a shame there's no plan to reopen the goddess ticket again😭…

I had Geneo X and Vacumed treatment today and had a really satisfying experience. Manager Leah was extremely attentive and thorough throughout the entire procedure. The clinic itself felt upscale and the staff were truly kind too. I'm so satisfied with the results that I can confidently recommend it to anyone!

I came from Australia to get Sculptra done and I'm very satisfied with the result. The staff were genuinely kind and considerate. The whole procedure went comfortably and there was no pain at all! Since there were a lot of injection sessions, I was given a sedative, which was truly an excellent choice.…

This time I used the clinic through a broker's introduction, which let me organize the procedures I wanted and get them done! There isn't a full-time specialist Japanese interpreter on site, but staff member James has been studying Japanese on his own and is very skilled at it✨…

Director Seo explained thoroughly what ingredients go into the skin, which put my mind at ease. It wasn't just recommending a procedure — she explained in detail the scientific principles behind improving skin health and texture too.…

I came back after a long time, and I got the procedure done with no wait time and left feeling great thanks to the staff's kind guidance. Next time I'd like to try some other procedures too~~^^

It was clean and the treatment room was cozy, really great. Thanks to the nice music and kind staff, I had a pleasant procedure and left extremely satisfied.^^
