Honestly, as a man, getting eye surgery felt like a bit of a burden at first. I worried about how others would see it, and worried a lot about what if the result didn't look natural... but in the end, I'm really satisfied. I had double eyelid surgery and inner corner opening done together. There was some swelling at first, but after about a week it looked quite natural. It's been about a month now, and every time I look in the mirror, I really feel like I made a great choice. I used to often get told my eyes looked stuffy and sleepy, but now people tell me my impression looks much clearer. What I especially like is that it's not the kind of feeling where people go "oh, you clearly had surgery" — it's more like my impression naturally improved, and I love that.
