Flora Plastic Surgery

For my nose-tip surgery, I entrusted myself to Flore Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. To give the conclusion first, this was surgery on a completely different level from any nose surgery I'd heard of before — a true "level-up" surgery. Director Shin Dong-min is a veteran with 22 years dedicated solely to nose surgery, and his skill is one surprise after another. What deserves special mention is that the post-surgery burden is overwhelmingly small. Normally, after nose surgery there's a painful period of about 3 days where you're forced to breathe through your mouth because of nasal packing, but this clinic doesn't insert any packing at all, so I could breathe normally through my nose again right after surgery. Also, instead of ear cartilage, they use an advanced technique that uses the cartilage inside the nose itself as the strut, and the incision is made entirely inside the nostril (closed method), so there is no scarring left on the outside at all. In the prior KakaoTalk consultation, they clearly said "it's not cheap, but the skill is the best," and the quality lived up to that statement exactly. The nurse's response was also very courteous, and there was even consideration like a cash discount, so I could entrust myself with peace of mind from start to finish. I chose this clinic thinking "since it's my first plastic surgery, I should go somewhere with the best skill," and it was absolutely the right choice. There's no stuffiness at all, the finish is beautiful, and I'm genuinely moved.

I found out about it through a friend's recommendation. My friend's family, from nieces/nephews to aunts, have gotten various kinds of surgery, and I've indirectly watched the results for over ten years, and everyone looks naturally pretty, with everyone who got it done extremely satisfied at 110%. Last year someone in my own family needed lower blepharoplasty, so I brought her along.... It was practically magic. She could take painkillers for a day or two and go about daily life, she looked ~8 years younger, and even now when she doesn't sleep well and is tired, her dark circles and puffy eye bags are completely gone, without a single scar. Because they did the repositioning so carefully, even unexpected marionette lines around her mouth improved too. Wanting to get some of that magic myself, I also got a consultation — Director Kim In-cheol honestly and meticulously explained the side effects too, and said I didn't need to get it now and to come back and see him again in X years, which genuinely touched me. The staff were all kind and paid attention to privacy, so they arranged appointments to barely overlap with other customers, which I liked. There are two buildings, so if you don't check which building you need before getting in the elevator, it could take extra travel time — be careful. Going forward, whenever I want to give any of my family members a refresh, I'm going to bring them all here.

I got my mother a facelift (including a forehead lift). I'm a fairly meticulous person, so I really did a huge amount of research for about a month~ I think I got consultations at about 10 places. Honestly, I filtered out places that just said "it's unconditionally great~ we're skilled~ we can do anything~" I also filtered out places where you couldn't even meet the director and the consultation manager handled everything, and I checked the procedure case photos directly at the hospitals and filtered out places where it was obvious to anyone that the photos were retouched. In the end it got narrowed down to about 3 places, and Flora had been around the longest, and the fact that they'd never once relocated since opening also played a part in my choice. As for the result, my mother is satisfied.

Five minutes before the surgery, they'd already finished the disinfection and had me fully changed into surgical clothes, and right in front of the operating room, just before I went in for the surgery, they told me I had AIDS. In a daze I got up onto the operating table, but it felt wrong, and while I was saying "wait a moment" I lost consciousness. Ah, and that was only for one side, the upper one. And it seems they never even told the dentist about the AIDS at all — he didn't know about it. If you go to the dentist while you have AIDS, every single time you go to the dentist, what does that make a person? He's a bad doctor. He should have discussed it with me at least an hour beforehand and done at least both the upper and lower sides so I wouldn't suffer from mouth problems, and after they did the surgery themselves they didn't even tell me to come back to get the stitches removed.

For over half a year I agonized and agonized about protruding-mouth surgery, and I think I got consultations at more than 10 hospitals. There were various factors in choosing Flora, but even after deciding I really agonized a lot. I decided to also get chin tip surgery at the same time, and on the day of surgery I felt kind of dazed, not sure if it hurt or not, but once the anesthesia wore off it got a bit rough — though that level of pain was about bearable? And swelling is case-by-case for each person, and I personally didn't swell much. It takes at least 2 weeks to start looking like a person again. But I'm really satisfied, so people around me ask about it a lot~ Thank you.

I had surgery at this place, and for two and a half years, even eating has been uncomfortable and just getting through daily life has been so painful. My life collapsed in an instant — it was the worst choice of my life. I made an unwise choice, swayed by the sweet talk of these people who are absorbed in nothing but making money.

It's been about 2 years since my protruding-mouth surgery. My mouth went in nicely, and while searching hospitals after a long time it came to mind, so I'm leaving a review. The director has a lot of surgical experience and great skill. Even after the surgery he took meticulous care of me, so recovery happened faster than I expected.

After a year and a half, I came back to Korea to get facelift revision surgery at a different hospital. I went through all the hardship for nothing… After the surgery, it was only fine for exactly 6 months.
