I'm someone who got autologous dermis (self-derived skin graft) nose surgery at this hospital. I had a slight dorsal hump, so my nose looked shadowed and it looked spread out when viewed from the front, and I wanted to improve that, so I decided on surgery. I'd seen people around me who got nose surgery end up regretting it because it looked unnatural, or having to get revision surgery due to side effects, so when choosing a nose hospital, I think what mattered most to me was whether they'd correct the flaws while still operating in a way that was natural and had fewer side effects.. Because I'm normally overly (?) careful, I visited nearly five hospitals before finally choosing Elle, and I'm honestly so, so satisfied. With nearly 25 years of experience, the director clearly showed real pride in his work, and he examined me delicately at every single moment. Even when I peppered him with questions because there was so much I didn't know, I was really grateful that he tried to break things down and explain them simply so I could understand. I was extremely nervous on the day of surgery, and it was nice that he reassured me in a gentle, calm voice saying "it's okay~"... The manager was always kind, and even when I asked the same question over and over, she checked things meticulously without any hint of annoyance. Since this was literally my first surgery ever in my life, I was scared and went through consultations three separate times while agonizing over it, and even with my excessive questions she was kind every single time and treated me wholeheartedly — anyway.. the manager is the best.. Whenever I had something I wanted to confirm and asked about it, she'd say she'd check with the director for me.. that way of communicating fit perfectly with my personality, which likes certainty.. Even on the day of the surgery she went and bought me porridge, and I was really touched and grateful. And after the surgery she paid even more meticulous attention to me and took great care managing my hip scar too. It's not an exaggeration to say a big part of the credit for helping my hip scar heal so nicely goes to the manager. Really... she always took care of things. The day before, and days before that, she'd send me reminders like notification messages by phone or KakaoTalk ㅜㅜ The nurses and staff were also somehow every single one of them kind... Right after the first surgery, until the dermis graft was absorbed, my nose was so high that I worried it might end up looking like an "avatar nose" or too masculine, but sure enough, at a place with this much experience, they seem to calculate even things like that in advance, because now it's absorbed naturally and I'm extremely satisfied. I didn't realize it before the surgery, but after having it done I feel like my nose had a bit of an upturned tendency too, and my whole face's atmosphere really seems to have come alive... My skin is on the thinner side, so if I'd used something like silicone, I feel like it would have shown through or my skin would have gradually thinned out, but with autologous dermis, since it's somehow my own skin, it feels safer and better in that way. Above all, I can feel at ease about side effects, and it's extremely satisfying that it looks natural, as if my original nose had just always been pretty. Honestly, just from the consultation alone you can tell the director is trustworthy and the manager is kind, and the aftercare all the way through recovery after surgery is absolutely the best.. It's truly a place you cannot find fault with, no matter how hard you try.. Trust me and go check it out once. If any of my family members ever want to get it done, I would recommend this place without question.... I feel a bit embarrassed for making such a fuss;; but that's exactly how genuinely satisfied I am with this hospital, so I'm leaving this review...

I feel like an honest review is needed too, so I'm leaving one. I really did a ton of research online and in person, and Elle Plastic Surgery was the best. Honestly, out of the Gangnam hospitals, they consulted the most conscientiously and it was good. First of all, the staff were all kind. I've had quite a lot of procedures and surgeries done, so I can tell just from a phone call, and Elle Plastic Surgery explained everything kindly one by one starting from the phone call, and even my manager in charge told me in advance, emphasizing really meticulously, all the things I needed to be careful about! From this I got a sense of how organized they are, and it felt like nothing was managed carelessly. Anyway, there was no over-treatment here, which I liked, and I liked that the director personally consulted with me and explained things. On the day of surgery I was really nervous, but the nurses held my hand tightly, and even though my hand was really cold, they held it firmly with their warm hands, and I can't tell you how reassuring that was. There are a lot of places that are just brusque and don't do that; And the manager in charge at Elle Plastic Surgery being right there beside me reassuring me was so nice... Why is this hospital so warm.. personally I was so, so touched. After the surgery they took care of scar management and even laser treatment so meticulously that the scar healed up beautifully, almost invisible. Of course the director's skill at Elle Plastic Surgery being excellent is probably the biggest factor, but + checking my progress regularly after surgery seemed like it mattered a lot too. The aftercare and follow-up were really thoroughly done, and they meticulously checked everything I needed to be careful about, which I liked. There are places that just ignore you and are unreachable after surgery, but this place did not do any of that at all~ Seriously, from start to finish, every single part of it I liked. At Elle Plastic Surgery I felt like the money I spent wasn't wasted at all. People around me even ask me to tell them how it went since the surgery turned out so well~ The surgery result turned out exactly as good as I wanted, actually even better than that, so I've been in a great mood these days. I completely recommend Elle Plastic Surgery.

For mouth-corner and lip filler, the female director gave a detailed consultation, and since the consultation was good, the result was satisfying too. The manager also wrote everything down in case any part of what I wanted got missed. I'm planning to get treated by the same director again next time. I came from overseas and had to return home urgently, so I was tense worrying about what if something went wrong, but I thought it turned out fortunate — the KakaoTalk consultation was fast and simple too, and I sent a message late at night expecting to only get a check the next day, but I was surprised to get a reply right away. A hospital satisfying in every aspect — staff kindness, director's skill, everything! I think I could confidently recommend the lip filler specifically to a friend too.

The manager is meticulous and kind, and the director explains things well in an easy-to-understand way, and the surgical nursing staff are also really kind. It's also great that they meticulously informed me of precautions after the procedure. I got autologous dermis nasolabial fold surgery and I really love it. I should have done it sooner~ I highly recommend it.*^^*

I got a consultation from the head director last week. He clearly told me about my expectations (the parts I couldn't expect results from) if I got the surgery, so I wouldn't have any false hopes; He told me straightforwardly and decisively what didn't need to be done, which made it easy for me to judge.
