When using a syringe in the blood collection room, no matter if it's the same person, please do not reuse the syringe. Blood-borne pathogens can be transferred via the needle, and if the patient has a weakened immune system, they could get infected. The person called the director said that people can make mistakes — but this is Women's Eye Hospital, where immunocompromised mothers and children come. The consequences of mistakes are solely the patient's responsibility. Even if it's the same patient, if blood is drawn from different sites, please change the syringe needle. Especially if two unskilled staff members can't find the vein. They poked around with one syringe in the left arm and right arm, repeatedly inserting and removing the needle, trying to see if blood comes out. Do you remember how many times they pulled, inserted, and laid the syringe on the desk, then repeated? Two staff members?????? This was my first such experience, and I am utterly shocked.

I went for breast ultrasound after a year, and maybe they changed the ultrasound technician? They looked at the ultrasound for over 30 minutes, pressing too hard and handling the patient roughly, which was really unpleasant. The appointment time was meaningless as I waited an hour. I’ve been going for 10 years, but it feels like the system is breaking down.

Is it Director Lee Young or Lee Young-ah? Because of him, my life was ruined. I had a uterine surgery, and it was the worst.

I left because I was so displeased and stunned by the truly unkind and insincere staff in charge.

Please have the female staff take care of me. The doctor and all staff are good at explaining and very friendly.

Recently visited often due to cold, parking is convenient and good.

The staff are really friendly.
