If you have polycystic ovary syndrome or are a foreigner, I strongly recommend this. The hospital facility is nice and the staff always treated me kindly. The doctor and some other staff speak English, so it's fine even if you don't speak Korean well. I had an ultrasound exam, and for the blood test they made sure I could lie down. I'd had a bad experience at a different hospital in Korea, but here I could get seen comfortably without any anxiety at all. Booking and rescheduling appointments were also very simple!

I went to get an IUD inserted and a cervical cancer screening. Even though I was a difficult patient, thanks to Samsung J and Director Seo, I was able to get the procedures I needed comfortably. I tend to be very anxious and sensitive to pain, and Director Seo eased both my anxiety and the pain. He also gave a detailed explanation during the consultation, which put my mind at ease, and he resolved every question I had. Thanks to Director Seo and the medical staff, I was able to feel less anxious and gain confidence. Thank you!

This was the most shocking and disappointing medical experience I've had. I visited for a common issue, but I was prescribed the wrong antibiotic, and the doctor dismissed my symptoms and treated me with condescension. Despite clear medical guidelines, he refused to give me the correct treatment, so I ended up having to see a different hospital. At the other hospital, my judgment turned out to be correct, and I was prescribed the appropriate medication. Fortunately, the medication from the other hospital worked, but after wasting money and time at Samsung J Women's Hospital…

I had a really great experience here. The reception staff were kind and very helpful, and since I speak a little English, the registration process went much more smoothly. The doctor was also very kind, so I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. They listened to me carefully and explained things clearly. I recommend this hospital to anyone who needs a doctor who can see patients in English.

This was the best OB-GYN I've ever been to! The facility was really nice, all the staff were kind, and everyone spoke English well. I feel truly grateful, and above all, so much more at ease!! The hospital staff are truly kind. From the moment you walk in, they create a comfortable, reassuring atmosphere. The doctor was kind too and answered every question in detail.
