A nurse handles the KakaoTalk consultations, and she is extremely unkind. I even said in advance, I am coming from far away and plan to visit tomorrow, when I asked, shouldn't she have mentioned at that point that this hospital operates on an appointment-only basis? Not knowing it was appointment-only, I went for nothing and had to turn back. If I am asking via chat, that is the kind of thing I would expect to be told. The nurse never clearly stated that it is appointment-only. She answered my question in a way that implied I should call the hospital to get an answer, and then wrapped up the consultation assuming the customer would call to book, where does that happen? She apparently assumed I would call. If it is not appointment-only, there is no necessary reason for me to call, and since I felt like my call right before closing time might be seen as a bother, I did not call and just visited in person, and it was for nothing. If I had not even exchanged chat messages with the hospital, I do not think it would have been this absurd.

I used to go somewhere else, but I switched here on a coworker recommendation. I was doing really badly with anxiety disorder and OCD symptoms, but thanks to the director I got a lot better. Setting aside how kind he is, he is skilled. The nurses were kind too. When you are sensitive, even one small thing can feel unkind and bother you, but there was not a single bit of that here, which was great.

The interior is tidy and quiet, so it was nice while waiting. During the exam too, they listened slowly and carefully, and rather than recommending tests that felt unnecessary, they focused on treatment, which made it a comfortable time overall. Recommended.

The place I used to go to was really not great, so I visited here with half worry and half expectation, but I am really glad I came here. It is close to the subway station too, and Director Lee Ho-seon consultation and medication explanation were so meticulous, which was great.

Thanks to the clean environment and the doctor enthusiastic consultation, my depression improved a lot, and it feels like I have found a hospital I like for the first time in a long while.
