Last January, my mother (78 years old) had a hysterectomy for uterine prolapse. Now she is very satisfied. She can go out freely, and the number of times she goes to the bathroom is normal (before surgery, she went very frequently and was afraid to go out). All the discomforts she had before surgery are now resolved. My mother had a very advanced uterine prolapse when she had the surgery. She experienced no major discomfort during the recovery process immediately after surgery.

I understand there are many patients, so it’s busy and exhausting, but the nurses/staff at the reception desk seem to treat each patient the same without recognizing that we are customers. Very unprofessional and rude. Even if they are famous and do good treatments, I will never go back.

The waiting time is too long, and there is no basic reservation system for procedures at all. Even though I came for a simple procedure and fasted beforehand, I had to wait endlessly, which was extremely frustrating…

All the internal medicine doctors and nurses have changed. The old staff was somewhat better. Trying to cure my illness here only resulted in rudeness and ultra-fast, vending-machine style consultations, which only caused me stress. Please go somewhere else.

Dr. Kyunghee Lee is truly excellent. Every time I go, the wait is long, which is a bit of a downside, but after the consultation, it's worth the wait. She is a doctor who treats patients sincerely.

This place is famous because patients die due to medical malpractice, not because they are patients here. 👍🏻 I hope you make a wise choice.

I visited for infertility treatment, and the hospital facilities are clean. They also provide late-night consultations, so it's a good hospital to get treatment after work.

I received treatment from Dr. Kim Ki-won, and he is very kind. The nurses are also very friendly!

The hospital director is an obstetrician and gynecologist, but is it okay to shout at pregnant women and throw documents? A zero-star hospital.
