Please don't treat patients like that lol. So rude, do you only see patients as money? It's not the only hospital around. If even children think it's not right and suggest going to another hospital, then it's a problem. You should also realize that the fault lies with your hospital. When I was consulting, did you have an urgent matter? You kept rushing my answers and asked as if I was asking where it hurts, so I couldn't even properly tell you where it hurts.

After getting an IV, my arm swelled. When I talked to the front desk manager, it was the worst. I asked if this could happen, and they said they couldn't do anything about it, just responded with that kind of answer. I never want to go back. Never.

On October 4th, the front desk and radiology staff were unkind. I waited so long and when I asked when I could get a CT scan, they barely looked at my face and told me to wait.
