Is not there a zero-star option.. There is no respect for patients. Is telling a patient they are whining something you should say..? There is basically unkindness baked into the tone right from the start. My treatment was delayed here, and I suffered for a long time because of it. Something I suffered from for years got treated just fine somewhere else. Being on TV does not make you competent, it turns out.
