Really the worst. My mother has bad skin, so we looked for a hospital, but the nurse either came late or early, and now she came and got annoyed right in front of us. My mother, caught off guard, apologized and said she wouldn't come again, then left. Even if they can't be kind to elderly people, they shouldn't ignore them. I will never go again. Nurse staff should be trained in manners.
