My family member fell seriously and hit their head, so we rushed to the emergency room. Instead of helping us with urgent treatment, they told not only the guardian but both of us to register first and come back later. That was already absurd, but since it was urgent, we registered and waited. We had just returned from Shanghai, China, and it had been a couple of weeks; the incubation period had passed, and there was no fever or cough. The patient’s head was badly injured, and instead of providing emergency care, the hospital refused to even accept registration, claiming it might be COVID-19, and told us to go to another hospital. Why did we go to the emergency room so early in the morning? They didn’t even perform tests, chased us out, and refused to treat the patient. The staff registering us, whether they had little hair or not, I wanted to sue them. Everyone, please be cautious. This hospital cares more about profit than patient care.

While using the funeral hall, it was the morning of the 19th when we were leaving for the funeral. The other relatives left first on the funeral bus, and I was planning to leave with my father in our own car, but they told us to pay parking fees because our parking registration wasn't done. Since it was a grandfather's funeral, my father was the chief mourner, and yet they demanded parking fees from him. It was impossible to miss that he was the chief mourner, as he was wearing mourning clothes, but I have never seen a funeral hall trying to collect parking fees from the chief mourner before. What's more, later I heard from my mother that they had told her the parking was registered in the early morning. The most infuriating part was that two men at the front desk kept giving different answers, saying it was 10,000 won or 20,000 won. We had to leave quickly, so we paid because it was dirty, and later we protested and got a refund, but the attitude of the hospital staff was so poor that I am leaving this review to warn others not to be harmed.

Visited yesterday because my family member was hospitalized. The staff was somewhat kind. On the first day, the doctor, administrative staff, and nurses all worked hard, and I thought they were even more kind. But I soon realized it’s the same here. After surgery, I was moved to the inpatient ward. There was a middle-aged staff member with a spider tattoo(?) on his arm, which was a bit strange and somewhat unfriendly. The next day, I called the 5th-floor nurse station in the morning because the IV was finished and asked to have it removed. They responded irritably, telling me to wait, saying it was done.

Visited on the afternoon of February 19, 2024. The staff at the first-floor reception desk was very unkind. There might be friendly staff too, but based on my perspective, I was guided by the staff sitting on the far right, who spoke so quietly I couldn't hear well and seemed annoyed. Also, they should have given me the verification slip I first provided; I had to receive it from them...

The doctor. After taking an X-ray and looking at the photos, there doesn’t seem to be any abnormality in the bones... Me. Is it not a disc problem? Doctor. You need an MRI to see if it’s a disc issue. It costs a bit, but do you want to get one? It’s painful, so I should get it if necessary? It looks like I don’t have the money to get an MRI, right?

My wife had severe abdominal pain, so we visited the hospital, and a doctor named "Lee Chan-woo" examined her and told us to get a CT scan. After the scan, we waited 1.5 hours with her in pain, and they said it was a psychosomatic illness. They even used the word "psychosomatic"…

Anyone can share good or bad experiences, but I am grateful for the long-term support related to residents' health. I received the surgery well, and thank you for watching over me carefully and being with me without being overly sensitive to others' stories. Many people will be thankful. Fighting!

Parking lot is narrow; security guard does his best. The funeral hall interior: surprisingly spacious. Indoor Wi-Fi: poorly connected. Overall, quite inconvenient. Scores are based on location and hospital size.

Mr. Mose from the neighborhood suddenly passed away while working at the Mokdong Apartment security office. He left so helplessly...ㅠㅠ

It’s always crowded and busy. If you don’t make a reservation, you have to endure endless waiting, but the doctor is kind.

This hospital does not answer the main phone line for 3 hours. It’s hard to expect quality medical service here.

Located right in front of the bus stop, and the facilities are good. From my experience, the doctors are also friendly.
