There's no consultation manager, so the director consults directly. After the consultation, you go out to pay, then get numbed, then go into the procedure room for the procedure. Things I found unpleasant and areas for improvement 1. After applying for the promotion, I went in thinking Restylane 35 would be 350,000 won (excluding VAT), but after payment I saw it charged as 418,000 won (including VAT). When I asked the assistant, she said it was Restylane, technically, but not "aegyo-sal Restylane"? and said something I couldn't quite understand, so I didn't get it. Basically I applied for the aegyo-sal promotion, which is Restylane 35 for that filler, and advertising it as bait like this while actually charging 418,000 shouldn't be allowed. What a mess. 2. I never got to see the sealed original product opened. Isn't it standard practice these days for dermatology clinics to always show you the sealed authentic product being opened? Without that process, they just came in and started the procedure directly. It's entirely possible some domestic knockoff went into my body. 3. There was no post-procedure guidance at all. Apparently you're just supposed to grab your things and leave. I got nothing verbally and nothing on paper about precautions. 4. They pressure you into leaving a Naver review, a Babitalk plastic surgery review, and a Babitalk free-talk review. There's no discount for writing a review either, and they said if you write a review, you get a free touch-up worth 50,000 won (within 2 weeks). Do they think I'm an idiot? Why would I need to write a review and pay money just to get a touch-up? It's not like they're even pulling out a new product for that anyway, it's probably just leftover product they kept and injected? On top of already feeling scammed on the payment. I have no intention of visiting again.

I really regret not doing it earlier haha The director still performs the procedure painlessly and beautifully... but I felt that the number of patients has increased compared to last year, so there was a bit of waiting, but I am quite satisfied(?) My visit to Sum Clinic: I had very little aegyo sal and my eyes looked a bit droopy, so I looked older. I was worried it might hurt under my eyes, but the director personally consulted and kindly explained, so I felt very reassured. They checked carefully during the procedure and I highly recommend it. I used to draw my aegyo sal with shadow all the time, and maybe because I always used shadow, the drawn area looked like I had severe dark circles.ㅜㅜ Now that I got filler for my aegyo sal and stopped drawing it, I feel so much more comfortableㅜㅜ I told them to make it natural, and they gave very detailed consultation and made it look pretty, so I am very satisfiedㅜㅜ

Since it was my first procedure, I was worried and had many questions, but the staff kindly explained everything, so I was very happy!! The director also kept watching my face during the procedure and did it just right without overdoing it. If you are like me with a chin concern, I recommend!

Received a tear trough filler at Sume Clinic. It was my first time getting a tear trough filler, so I visited with a nervous heart! I like natural results, so I asked for a natural look, and they made it pretty accordingly! Thank you, Director.

Since it's summer, my large pores are very visible, so I looked into pore treatment and heard it’s very effective, so I got it! One session probably won’t improve everything, but I plan to keep receiving treatments. Still, I am very satisfied considering I only had one session!

During consultation and procedure, all the staff were very kind, and the doctor carefully considered my opinions and performed the procedure meticulously to match my face shape, so I am very satisfied :)

I was 고민하다 (considering) getting tear trough filler, and finally did it. The procedure was really painless, and when I mentioned my eye's weakness, they considered my concerns and did a nice job. I am very satisfiedㅎㅎ

This was my first time getting a Potenza treatment, and both the director and the staff were kind and explained everything well. If I see good results after the procedure, I plan to revisit~
