I was nervous for my first Dahan and first procedure, but from the consultation, the interpreter was smooth and reassuring, so I could undergo the procedure with peace of mind. I shared my concerns, and they kindly explained the procedure details and effects to improve them, making it very easy to understand. During the procedure, they gently touched my skin and explained carefully, so I felt very reassured. Also, since the interpreter stayed with me until the end one-on-one, I felt very cared for, thank you. They also recommended procedures for my next visit that I am not currently doing, and I plan to return again.

Every time I look in the mirror, I was busy covering my dark spots and black circles with makeup, but I visited on a recommendation from an acquaintance. The director looked at my skin condition and explained very carefully which laser treatment I needed, so I trusted him. During the procedure, he kept checking if there was pain, and the staff were very kind. It's been a few weeks since the treatment, and my skin tone has definitely become clearer, and the blemishes have faded, so I am very satisfied. I should have come earlier! I tried Potenza for the first time, and the effects were better than I expected, so this is my second visit haha.
