It's already been 3 months since my breast augmentation! I originally had no breasts at all, but while preparing for a fitness competition and dieting, my nonexistent breasts became even more absent 🥹 I wear workout clothes every day but lack confidence, and even when I want to wear pretty bra tops, my breasts are so small that I feel too embarrassed to do soㅠㅠ So I decided to get breast surgery and consulted several clinics! The very first consultation I had was with a male doctor, but it’s not easy to reveal my body to someone, and having a male doctor touch and examine my breasts felt a bit burdensome...ㅠㅠ I searched for a female doctor and found one, and the most important things I looked at when choosing a clinic were: - the surgeon’s experience, - post-surgery care, - reviews. These three were the biggest factors! First, Dr. 고주영 has extensive experience in breast augmentation and reduction surgeries, and the reviews from patients who had surgery with him were really good! I found out that Dr. 고주영 recently opened a new clinic called Atelier Plastic Surgery!! Anyway, when I went for a consultation, they explained everything I might worry about before surgery, and checked the right size and shape for my body right then and there! I heard many times to go as big as possible, so I tried to choose the largest size I could fit in my body, but the doctor recommended 355ccㅋㅋㅋ So I trusted the doctor and both sides got 355cc, and the surgery was done with Motiva implants! Honestly, if I had gone even bigger against the doctor’s advice, I might have regretted it a little, but now I think the current size suits me perfectly!!! Both the size and shape are so satisfyingㅠㅠ I really understand why people get breast surgery! I was worried because I heard some say it’s very painful after surgery, but I felt no pain at all, seriouslyㅋㅋㅋ I went back to work just 4 days after surgery! Since it’s not a simple procedure, I was quite anxious, but since the doctor was female, she empathized well, and even took care of my psychological discomfort and worries...? The hospital is newly opened, so the facilities are good and clean, and I felt I could trust and leave my body in their handsㅋㅋㅋㅋ The staff and manager are also very friendly! Now I’m using scar ointment and going for laser treatmentsㅎㅎ No discomfort at all, and people keep complimenting how pretty the shape isㅎㅎ Of course, I’m most satisfied because my clothes look different when I wear workout clothes, and I can’t believe how much my mood changed just because of my breasts! It’s already been over 5 months since my surgery. I still enjoy trying on clothes every day. At first, the Motiva implant felt firm, but day by day it became softer, and now I look forward to tomorrow. I love both the side profile and the front shape, and I’ve been happily pulling out clothes I couldn’t wear before, as well as buying new ones I never tried. Just because of my breasts, my body changed so much, and my confidence increased… it’s amazing! I wish I had done it sooner… No matter what clothes I wear, the silhouette shows so well, and I’m so happy every day ^^ The surgical results are satisfying, but the post-op care is also excellent. It's already been 5 months since my breast surgery. It feels like just yesterday I was researching hospitals and going to consultations... time really flies. I had my breast surgery at Atelier Plastic Surgery, and thanks to golden-handed Director Ko, I feel like the surgery result came out great 😊 Actually, the part I worried about most while researching breast surgery was deciding on a size that suited my body. I visited several other plastic surgery clinics too, and each hospital recommended a different size. Some people even said it absolutely had to be bigger than my chest wall width ㅠㅠ But Director Ko Ju-yeong here really examined things in such detail. I thought having a medical doctorate wouldn't matter much, but it really was different. She recommended a size considering my chest wall and ideal body balance. I even tried breast sizers and 3D virtual simulation, and carefully decided together with the director. I ended up with 340cc on the left and 320cc on the right, and after feeling Sebbin, Motiva, and Mentor implants, I decided on the Motiva Demi. Oh, and along with the breast surgery, I also had nipple reduction done, which had been a source of stress for me. Since it's a female director, I felt more comfortable talking about nipple issues too. They used to be large and drooping, but it's amazing how they became a moderate size and a round shape. There's no loss of sensation at all, and the scar is minimal since it was a minimal incision, so it doesn't stand out. She even fixed the slight asymmetry I had. I'm so, so grateful for the director's attention to detail ㅠㅠ I hadn't known this, but apparently she's someone who developed a nipple-related surgical technique. If only I'd known, I would've come here sooner ㅠㅠ For aftercare too, the director personally handles everything from A to Z and checks thoroughly, so I'm satisfied. What's great about this hospital is that it's appointment-only, so they focus entirely on you, and the equipment is university-hospital grade. I got CAPS and Pico treatment and it was really great. Even when I contacted the hospital with questions after surgery, the feedback was fast! I highly recommend this to anyone with a small chest but worried about large nipples.

I'm finally posting review photos too — I was embarrassed and went back and forth on whether to post a chest photo, but seeing others post theirs gave me the courage. I wanted a natural chest rather than something too big, and the director really listened well to what I wanted. I'd also been worried about accessory breast tissue, and even when I brought up vague questions or requests, he caught the point and explained it well. During the consultation I could feel that having an actual medical doctorate really does make a difference. The implant and size were recommended after considering my chest wall and rib cage, and I'm satisfied with the natural volume. Since it's a female director, she looked at everything carefully — I work in dance, so I had the surgery through the subfascial, sub-fold approach, and got 310cc and 290cc. The fold scar barely shows, and after applying an ointment like Scarnose gel on the area, it feels like it's fading. The hospital took great care of my skin, so there wasn't really anything I needed to prepare myself. When I lean my upper body slightly forward and touch my chest, it feels soft. The hospital where I had surgery is Atelier Plastic Surgery, and every time I visit, the director, the manager, and the staff greet me so warmly. The best advantage is being able to get 1:1 personalized care directly from the director! He also only does one surgery a day. I'm so happy this year that I can wear a lot of pretty clothes ㅎㅎ

It's been a month since surgery now. I'm still wearing a supportive bra, but I live for the fun of trying on outfits every day. Motiva.
